KINGARD KG601

Kingard® KG601 is a powdered preservative for all kinds of processed cooked meat. It works on cytoplasmic membrane by disrupting its structure and altering its functionality.

Kingard® KG601 is specifically prepared for meat products. Recommended dosage is 2 to 4gram/kg in addition to the product at any stage of the process to ensure a uniform distribution

Kingard® KG704 is a compound preservative for all kinds of cooked meat products. It acts on cytoplasmic membrane by disrupting its structure and altering its functionality.


General dosage is from 0.3% to 0.5% based on the finished product weight for meat product.
