Kinzyme® TGY series is 2nd generation of transglutaminase (TG) enzyme preparations based on a liquid form that is stable at room temperature without any risk of enzyme inactivation. It covers all applications known for traditional powder transglutaminase.

Covering all applications of the traditional powder formulations, Kinzyme®TGY series products are ready to use without the need for time-consuming solubilization and without any risk of inhalation of allergenic proteins during weighing and sample preparation

 

Liquid enzymes are able to mix quickly in the food matrix, leading to a higher utilization rate of enzyme reaction during the processing stage. By direct & precise dosing, you can decide exactly the activity you need for the intended functionality – a marked increase in efficiency compared to powders.

By switching to liquid enzymes preparation, you may avoid the overdosage or loss of enzyme activity due to insolubilities or inhomogeneous suspension which often associated with powder type TG preparations.
